  • Led change management strategy and execution for UCSF’s campus organization as part of the system-wide MyTime implementation, a new timekeeping and scheduling system impacting 37,000+ employees. Delivered stakeholder analysis, readiness and risk assessments, manager toolkits, training playbooks, and campus-wide communications.

  • Designed scalable processes for ongoing MyTime enhancements, including a centralized change impact tracker, sprint-level change plans, and readiness checklists. Embedded change management into process workflows to keep IT and functional teams aligned.

  • Supported the Accounts Receivable team and project manager in transitioning to new institutional bank accounts by providing communications support, updating reporting processes, and guiding stakeholder adoption.

  • Built and facilitated a Controller’s Office Change Agent Network to cascade updates, share resources, and surface adoption challenges. Created meeting decks, talking points, and role-based materials for managers and frontline staff.

  • Produced executive-facing presentations, newsletters, and toolkits for VP and Controller-level audiences, translating technical and operational changes into clear, actionable leadership guidance.

  • Launched REI’s first Enterprise Change Management (ECM) Office to build change capability across the co-op through training, frameworks, and consulting services.

  • Partnered with the Strategic Transformation Office, L&D, and HRBPs to design governance models, standardized change toolkits, and enterprise adoption frameworks.

  • Supported transformation initiatives by conducting stakeholder discovery and analysis, change readiness assessments, communications and engagement planning, and training playbook development.

  • Created role-based training and adoption toolkits to support leaders and employees in navigating organizational change.

  • Conducted a cost competitiveness study linking labor rates to client win rates across peer sets and geographies.
