Designed scalable processes for ongoing MyTime enhancements, including a centralized change impact tracker, sprint-level change plans, and readiness checklists. Embedded change management into process workflows to keep IT and functional teams aligned.

Supported the Accounts Receivable team and project manager in transitioning to new institutional bank accounts by providing communications support, updating reporting processes, and guiding stakeholder adoption.
