I’m a strategic change and transformation lead with
ten + years helping large organizations navigate change that affects
both systems and people. I have led work across
enterprise systems, business process redesign, employee experience,
operating models, public-sector programs, and future-of-work initiatives.
I am at my best when the work requires both strategy and translation.
I turn complexity into clear narratives, advise leaders through ambiguity,
and build practical tools that help managers and teams move from
understanding to adoption. Outcomes matter. So do belief, trust, and a
clear connection to why the change is worth making.
I hold a Master of Science in Organizational Development
from the University of San Francisco and a Master of Education
in Social-Emotional Learning and Mindfulness through Breathe
for Change, internationally accredited through Woolf University. I am
also a CCMP, PMP, and PROSCI practitioner, an iPEC-trained
professional coach, a 500-hour yoga teacher training graduate, and a
restorative-justice circle facilitator.
Outside of full-time work, I volunteer as a mindfulness
instructor in San Francisco public schools through Mindful Arts SF.
That work keeps me close to a simple belief that applies at every scale:
people learn, adapt, and grow best when they feel respected, resourced,
and seen.
