About

Janice Pollock

I’m a Program & Change Management Leader with ten + years delivering enterprise-wide and employee-facing systems. I’m known for blending structured execution with human-centered, trauma-informed approaches that strengthen adoption, employee experience, and culture in rapidly evolving environments.

I hold a Master of Science in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco, and certifications as a CCMP, PMP, and PROSCI practitioner. I’m also a trained professional coach (iPEC), a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), and a restorative-justice circle facilitator.

Outside of full-time work, I volunteer as a mindfulness instructor in San Francisco public schools through Mindful Arts SF, and am completing a Master of Education focused on teaching children and teens through a trauma-informed lens.

The throughline is simple: I want change to be done well, and I want it to be done kindly.
