Strategic Change & Transformation

Janice Pollock

I help leaders turn complex transformation into clear strategy, credible communication, and change people can carry forward.

I bring ten + years of experience across healthcare, technology, consulting, and operations. My work sits at the intersection of enterprise transformation, executive stakeholder alignment, leadership communications, organizational readiness, and human-centered adoption.

How I think about the work

Strong change requires structure, alignment, trust, and communication people can genuinely connect with. That is where I do my best work.

01 / Structure

Change strategy & organizational systems

Enterprise rollouts, stakeholder maps, readiness plans, governance, and listening loops. I build the practical architecture that helps large organizations move with clarity.

02 / Care

Communications, coaching & trust

Leadership narratives, manager toolkits, facilitation, coaching, and trauma-informed practice. I help senior leaders communicate with credibility and help teams stay engaged beyond launch.

About

My work connects systems, story, behavior, and the lived experience of change.

Janice Pollock

I’m a strategic change and transformation lead with ten + years helping large organizations navigate change that affects both systems and people. I have led work across enterprise systems, business process redesign, employee experience, operating models, public-sector programs, and future-of-work initiatives.

I am at my best when the work requires both strategy and translation. I turn complexity into clear narratives, advise leaders through ambiguity, and build practical tools that help managers and teams move from understanding to adoption. Outcomes matter. So do belief, trust, and a clear connection to why the change is worth making.

I hold a Master of Science in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco and a Master of Education in Social-Emotional Learning and Mindfulness through Breathe for Change, internationally accredited through Woolf University. I am also a CCMP, PMP, and PROSCI practitioner, an iPEC-trained professional coach, a 500-hour yoga teacher training graduate, and a restorative-justice circle facilitator.

Outside of full-time work, I volunteer as a mindfulness instructor in San Francisco public schools through Mindful Arts SF. That work keeps me close to a simple belief that applies at every scale: people learn, adapt, and grow best when they feel respected, resourced, and seen.

Mindfulness in San Francisco public schools

Through Mindful Arts SF, I teach elementary students research-backed practices for focus, emotional awareness, stress, and resilience. The setting is different from enterprise transformation. The principle is the same: meet people where they are, build safety, and make the next step feel possible.
