Thanks for Stopping By!
Personally…
I am a Bay Area native, born in San Francisco and raised in Oakland, and I now live and work in the city with my family.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me reading, practicing yoga, strength training, or exploring the outdoors with my husband and our young daughter.
Professionally…
I bring over 15 years of experience leading change across industries — from consulting with public agencies, nonprofits, and Fortune 500 companies to my current role as Change Management Lead at UCSF.
My work centers on helping organizations navigate transformation in ways that are sustainable, human-centered, and grounded in strategy. Recent projects have included system implementations, enterprise process changes, and building change networks that strengthen adoption and engagement across large, complex environments.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a minor in Sociology, a Master of Science in Organizational Development, and am currently completing a Master of Education in Social-Emotional Learning, Mindfulness, and Yoga. I am also a certified yoga teacher (200hr CYT, 300hr CYT in progress), and I bring those practices into my work through facilitation, resilience-building, and community-centered approaches.
Alongside my professional work, I founded Small Steps, a project that blends change management principles with mindfulness, yoga, and social-emotional learning to support families — especially parents and children navigating life transitions. It’s where my professional expertise and personal journey as a parent meet, and it keeps me connected to the human side of change both at home and at work..
